Shipping Policy

We guarantee a lapse of time of 1 to 3 business days to process and manufacture your order. After the transport services take over, your order will take about 7-10 days to be delivered.

We ship Monday through Friday, except on weekends and holidays.

The products featured on shell-jewelry.store are shipped from one of our overseas facilities for worldwide delivery. Please allow for some delays as the delivery time is generally dependent on the time it takes for customs to clear, which can vary from country to country.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as

  •  IR disputes/strikes

  • Weather

  • Time of year (e.g., holiday season)

  • Large or bulky items

  • Shipping supplier error

  • If any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you updated with as much information as we have available.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, DISCLAIMER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to a strict delivery schedule. Please double-check the address you enter, as we will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address the buyer entered. If your order is already being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. In this case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Shipping Rates

Our worldwide delivery system is free. All our prices are also displayed including all taxes. You do not have any additional costs when placing your order.

Priority Processing

The "Priority Processing" option allows you to benefit from expedited processing for your order. This means that your package will be prepared and shipped as a priority compared to other pending orders. Please note that the "Priority Processing" option affects only the initial processing of your order within our warehouse. Once your package is shipped, it does not impact the delivery times. It is offered as an additional service for your convenience.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order for some reason, please get in touch with us at contact@shell-jewelry.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
