.We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the item's character, and should not be considered a defect.
Warranty does NOT cover the following items:
1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a shell is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out, Shell Jewelry Store. is not responsible for the replacement of the jewel piece. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)
2. If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from Shell Jewelry Store, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.
3. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
